Hi GOOD DAY Sir/Madam!!I am Joren Andee T. Sanchez from the province of Bulacan,i am writing this letter because I am wondering if you can help me solve my problem which is the laptop that i needed for my study i hope you can grant my request.The reason why i am seeking help from you and this institute is my family cannot afford to buy one because of our financial status,My mother is "manghihilot" she offers massage service from different places and my father was a farmer and their salary was below average and we can only afford our basic needs and the education of my three younger siblings

We cannot provide you with your personal request regarding a free laptop and it is not considered as a valid request of information. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Ronald Reagan T. Alonzo at efoi@basc.edu.ph.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
