This is to certify that the following are the necessary requirements for the presentation of an Architectural Thesis (in AR DES 9 & AR DES 10 subjects) at Saint Louis College, San Fernando, La Union and, that I will be strictly used for academic purposes only.

1. Original Certificate of Title(OCT) / Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) of Poro Point Management Corporation - (not available at PPMC they said only BCDA has the copy)
