Hello, 

I already filed an FOI request before, and was tagged as successful since according to the message the documents were emailed to me. However, I have not received the document. So I am resending the same request. 

I would like to request for copies of the ff: 

1. Clark Airport EPC Project - Concession Agreement and Project Information Memorandum 
2. Clark Airport O&M Project - Concession Agreement

The documents will be included in academic research on the PPP successes and cases in the Philippines. I am hoping for your positive response.

Response to Request

Your FOI request has been acted upon by the Agency on November 09, 2021 by sending you through email the requested documents. However, as you've mentioned, you were not able to receive said documents.  


As a response to your current request, we have emailed another set of the requested documents for your reference.   We hope you will find things in order.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Tina R. Villa @ trvilla@bcda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
