I'm John Mark, a 5th year BS Architecture student from Bulacan State University currently taking my Thesis. I  humbly request the following information about New Clark City, Tarlac:

1.	Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP)
2.	Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP)
3.	Base Maps 
4.	Land Use Zoning 
5.	Latest Demographic Data
6.	Latest Environmental Report
7.	Latest Development Report
8.	Topographical Map, Soil Type Map, other Maps
9.	Existing Trees On-Site & Types of Tree

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. BCDA provided you a copy of several requested data/information and allowed you to conduct your research onsite at BCDA Corp Center. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Atty. Estanislao at bcda@bcda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
