I am Zameera Corvera from the TIP-Manila, undertaking a thesis regarding food terminal. With this, I am planning to propose a Virology Institute of the Philippines. 

In line with this, may I request the following:
1. Master Plan and CLUP of the New Clark City
2. Feasibility Study and Site Location of the Virology Science and Technology Institute of the Philippines
3. Geological Information, Hydrographic Data, Demographics, and other related analysis
4. New Clark City Building Codes
