I'm Jemmarie P. Asi, a 5th-year Architecture student at Batangas State University and currently taking up Thesis Research. I would like to request the following documents/information for my thesis research:

1. NEW CLARK CITY MAPS AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROFILE 
2. Comprehensive Land Use Plan
3.  Comprehensive Development Plan
4. Plans about National Government Administrative Center

I refer to my letter of Aug 21, 2023 08:22:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for CLUP and CDP OF New Clark City.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  What is the title of your school paper? In particular, it would be helpful to know the scope of your request. Other than this, may we request a school letter of endorsement endorsing your research, for documentation purposes. While waiting for this, we will check our records for your request.
