We were informed by our Land and Assets Development Dept. (LADD) that the information you needed in relation to your thesis research is not available with BCDA but with Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC).
It has also come to our knowledge that you were already informed about the matter and you were able to send your letter-request to FBDC.
Thus, we believe that that your FOI request from BCDA can be closed already.
