Hi! I'd like to get in contact with BCDA in order to conduct further research for my study, and I know because of security reasons, the data I require are withheld until further notice. However, because of the ongoing online school year at Mapua University, in the midst of the pandemic, I'd like to present an endorsement letter from my thesis adviser for assurance of asking for the data I require will be strictly used for research purposes only.
