According to the DOTr, BCDA spearheaded the land acquisition of the ROW for the proposed Subic-Clark Railway Project. In relation to this, I would like to ask the following:
1. What is the percentage of the Land Acquisition as of October 2023?
2. Is there any major conflict/encroachment in the land acquisition as of the moment?
