Good day, Ms. Zabala!

This is in relation to your request for documents through the BCDA FOI Portal for thesis purposes.

Please be informed that BCDA usually grants the requests of students on the condition that they will conduct their research within the BCDA premises. This is due to the confidentiality of the documents commonly requested, which cannot be sent via electronic mail.

However, if you still wish to pursue your research, we will require you of the following guidelines:

2. Students are required to download the contract tracing app, i.e. StaySafePH.

3. Students are required to present his/her vaccination card or Antigen Negative Test Results valid for 72 hours before he/she can be allowed to enter the BCDA office.

Very truly yours,
