I am Trecia Madrid, a 5th-Year Architecture student, from University of the East- Caloocan. We're currently on data gathering phase for our thesis paper entitled “Proposed Virology Institute and Disease Control Complex”.
In this regard, I would like to request the following documents:
1. Information on government proposed site for the Proposed Virology Institute of the Philippines (New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac)
2. New Clark City Comprehensive Development Master Plan, and Design Standards and Guidelines
3. Lot Plan of the proposed site (Virology Institute of the Philippines)

The requested documents are for our architectural thesis entitled “Proposed Virology Institute and Disease Control Complex”. In this regard, we need data about the proposed site of VIP situated in CSEZ. Since BCDA allotted a five-hectare parcel of land at the National Government Administrative Center (NGAC) in New Clark City to house the VIP. I would like to request the following documents.
1. Master Plan of the New Clark City
2. New Clark City Land Use and Zoning Ordinances
3. New Clark City Design Standards and Guidelines
4. Lot Plan of the proposed site (Virology Institute of the Philippines)
5. Any information regarding the site selection and analysis
