Thank you for your response dated October 6, 2021, with regard to our letter regarding clarifying your request on Concession Agreement for both Clark Airport EPC Project and Clark Airport O&M Project.
We are now processing your request. However, please note that we do not send via electronic mail copies of the documents that are being requested through the FOI in order to avoid leakage. Hence, it is advised that you secure copies of the requested documents from our office in BGC. Kindly give us until next week to reproduce the documents.
