1. A buildable area or lots inside New Clark City allocated for Recreational or Mixed-Use Development having a minimum area of 70,000 square meters (7 hectares) or greater.

2. Title Certificate of Title (TCT) or detailed Land Description of the lots.

I guarantee that the land that is requested will only be used for educational purposes.
