Hi, i would like to know if you have means of tracking the result of swab tests done by one od your facilities. I was tested last march 6 2021. My barcode for the test was ACTPNP042152. Thank you

Dear Angelico Bravante,

Greetings!

We have no access to the swab test results.

Based on my personal experience, the Swab test result is being handled by the Philippine Red Cross and that they send the result of the swab test thru email that we state in the forms. Maybe check the spam folder of your email.

Also, sometimes it takes a few more days for the result to come out. 

You may also contact the swabbing center where you had your swab test.
