In relation to the proposed Subic-Clark Railway Project,
I would like to ask the following:

1. What is the percentage of the Land Acquisition as of August 2023?

2. If possible, may I also request the breakdown of the above-mentioned percentage per area?

3.  Is there any major conflict/encroachment in the land acquisition as of the moment that contributes to the delay of the said project?
