I refer to my letter of Apr 20, 2023 12:26:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Average Monthly Water Supply Pressure per Barangay and Reports related to its problems.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. BCWD has no Pressure Data per Barangay. In particular, it would be helpful to know if the Average Monthly consumption per barangay data would suffice. We need your response first on this matter before we could process your request. I refer to my letter of Jun 01, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Average Monthly Water Supply Pressure per Barangay and Reports related to its problems. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 24, 2023.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review
