Dear Sir/Ma'am:

This to formally request a document/record showing your planned course of action to alleviate the insufficient water supply especially those concessionaires who are at the endpoints of your system.

This has been a recurring problem and per checking on other eFOI requests, your office has the data on which barangays are experiencing insufficient supply. In addition, other eFOI request also showed consumption data which has been increasing from 2019 to 2021.

The requested document/record will help us understand the current situation.
