You asked for Data sets of fish diseases.

Response to Request

This is to formally acknowledge your request for information from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.

For inquiries 1 and 2, our country monitors diseases of fishes and regularly submits in the Network of Aquaculture Centers in Asia-Pacific (NACA). You can access the submissions at the NACA website: https://enaca.org/ , under the publications tab, QAAD and look for the Philippines.

For inquiry number 3, our office is currently not conducting any study about fish skin disease or fish diseases identification study using image processing. You can ask other agencies such as NFRDI, SEAFDEC or DOST if they have studies regarding this matter.
