Hello. I would like to request for the permit of creating a small manmade pond for the garden of a Level III General Hospital project located in Brgy. Balantang, Jaro, Iloilo City. The land is a 7.33 hectare agricultural site, with Sta. Rita Clay as its soil profile.

Response to Request
For your guidance, the Bureau is not issuing permits for the excavation of pond purposes. You may visit the Iloilo City Agriculture's Office as the appropriate office for the issuance of permits under their jurisdiction. BFAR can only provide technical assistance on the design and operation of the pond.

Thank you for your response to my request. Furthermore, I would like to request for the 'technical assistance on the design and operation of a pond' instead. The pond will be used for the aforementioned project for my thesis, and the following guidelines shall be used as a contribution for my thesis manuscript's building systems.
