Hi. I am writing to request from your good office to ask for a record of Birth of my beloved late grandfather so we can process important documents for our claims. I would greatly appreciate if you could do this. I don't know where else to go. I don't know if this is the right agency to ask. Please advice where I can get if you don't have it.

PS. I am not sure about his birth year.
