Hi good day, 

I would like to request any form of document or information that states the following:

1. Percentage of PDL to be transferred when NBP be closed.
2. Location where is the target site of transfer. ( specific city/ location)
3. What are the site requirements if there is a new prison to be build. ( Site Criteria and Needed primary spaces)

The information will be used for my Architectural Capstone. Thank you
