Query on the Assumption to Duty of JBRC 2017-01

Requested from BJMP by C. CACATIAN at 04:21 PM on Jul 17, 2023.
Purpose: 201 File requirement in compliance with PRIME-HRM
Date of Coverage: 03/16/2017 - 03/16/2017
Tracking no: #BJMP-283353692395

CACATIAN 04:21 PM, Jul 17, 2023

Good day Sir/Ma'am. I am a member of the JBRC Class 2017-01 and collectively, I am inquiring in behalf of our class. Some have been requesting a copy of Assumption to Duty as a part of our 201 file and PRMD requested the said document as well to comply with the PRIME-HRM requirements. However, it cannot be done as we lack the copy on our personal file and from 201 file at DPRM as well. May we know what would be the status and how will we inform the requesting PRMD that our class do not have any. The response we will get will be our reference and basis. Thank you Sir/Ma'am and more power!
