Hi Mam/ Sir,

I am Mardy R. Sacramento  age of  31 years old graduated with a Bachelor of Hotel and Restaurant Management last March 2014 and taking unit Professional Education and finished the course last March 2020 and passed my LET examination in my 2nd take last March 19, 2023  I humbly request for an age waiver since the COVID pandemic caused postponement of our board exam which causes delay for my application to BJMP.
