I am JHONVIERT F. REYES, currently pursuing my Master of Science in Criminology at PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College. I am writing to seek your permission to extract data for my initial research, which forms the foundation of my upcoming thesis. I aim to address the following questions.
1. Recidivism rate in the Philippines
2. recidivism rate in the Malaybalay City Jail and Malaybalay City under the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology from 2016 to 2024?
