Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope you this email finds you well.
1. I just received my OCT/Original Certificate of Title of Land.
2. I requested to transfer the tax declaration under to my name through the
Municipal Assessors Office.
Situation: After submitting all the documents, I was told that my papers would have to go through the Regional Office to complete it, and that it may take 3 months to process.
Question:
Why is it taking too long? Doesn't the normal citizen's charter apply?
Is there a way that the process could be expedited?
May I know who I could reach out to?
