Good day! 

I would like to request for the AARs of all the provinces in the Philippines from 2010-2022. I am unable to access these data because the COA website seems to be down. Error code 522 keeps on appearing every time I try to access COA`s website. 

I would really appreciate your assistance on this matter as the data will form part of my undergraduate thesis. Thank you and God bless!
