Hi! I would like to ask for the processing time for the feedback or answer of BLGF for their opinion on the transfer to Tax declaration of a already transferred titled property. The tax declaration is still on the name of the previous owner. Title was transferred 1996, however the Tax declaration was not transferred to the new owners. Now they ( Provincial Assesor of Quezon) are asking to provide documents that cannot be located, damaged or missing. Certifications from the concerned agencies have been provided. How can we fix this? I have sent a letter to BLGF early this year but no answer.

Response to Request

Your FOI request may been referred to the concerned LGU already. Upon receipt, they are given 5 to 15 days to respond directly on your query and furnish BLGF copy of the action. 

To help you out, you may send a copy of the request to LAOD@BLGF.GOV.PH so we can do a follow-up with the LGU, on your concern.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to records@blgf.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
