1. Statement of Receipt and Expenditure (SRE) by LGU  for FY 2021& FY 2022
2. Disaggregated SRE for Social Services- Health Nutrition, and Population Control for FY 2008-2021for all regions, provinces, cities, and municipalities by expense classes of:
- Office of the Health Officer (Field projects and Rural Health Units)
- Day Care Centers and Clinics
- Office of the Regional/ Provincial/ City/ Municipal Hospital
- Chest clinic
- Office of the Population Officer
- 20% Local Development Fund
- others
