I am writing to kindly request information regarding the:

1) Local Government Tax (LGT) Rates in All Municipalities/Cities Across the Philippines

This is part of our requirement in one of our major course subjects. Apparently, it is used for computing Insurance Premium Tax. As per the notes we have, LGT varies from the range of 0% to 0.75% depending on the municipality.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the specific local treasurers of your target local government units (LGUs) to obtain their local revenue code that contain the LGU's local business tax rates, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

Your right to request a review
