I am currently taking up a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management. As part of our study on our school subject of Real estate property evaluation, our primary reference is the Philippine Valuation Standards 2nd Edition, 2020. Concerning this, may I ask your good office if I can have a copy of the said book? I will be needing it for my research on the said subject.
