Hi  i would like to report a cellphone company which is RedMagic. They are not responding to my emails about the phone i purchased. I am asking for a license permit for tax and duties which is a requirement by Bureau of Customs but they are not giving it an attention.  The delivery was delayed for almost 2 weeks now and they still havent responded to the requests I made.
