Hi! We are 4th year Students Civil Engineering from National University Manila. We are planning to conduct "Community need Assessment". This is compliance with the requirement of the Course "Capstone Design Project". However, it is in our interest to communities in Region 4A CALABARZON that may have a problem on water distribution or storage used in Agricultural activities.
