Hi! I would like to request the license number and date of validity of my Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) License since I have yet to receive my card and need the details for an application.

My name is Datu Jabib Zibreel A. Guiaber and I passed my licensure exam last December 2023 in Davao City.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Per the Licensing and Certification Department's (LCD) records shows that Mr. Guiaber doesn't possess an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) License, or still haven't accomplished the application process prior to the issuance of such license.

Your right to request a review
