Hello CAAP,

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with an official letter/memo regarding these questions:

1. "Does CAAP accept/pose no technical objection if an AMO/ATO authorizes an AMS-licensed instructor to conduct A&P training courses (like engine run-up), provided that such instructor has COMPLETED the same training course from an organization with APPROVED TRAINING ORGANIZATION CERTIFICATE?"

2. Similar concern/question regarding authorizing AMT (A&P)-licensed instructor to conduct avionics courses. Instructor completed same training from ATO.
