Good day, Ma'am/Sir:

We are fourth-year CE students and intend to carry out a thesis proposal to produce geotechnical maps of soil properties in San Jose, Tacloban City. 

In line with this, we would like to request your good office for a soft copy of the soil investigation report conducted for the development of the Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport. 

The document mentioned above would be highly beneficial to our proposal. Rest assured that the data provided will be strictly used for thesis purposes and will be kept confidential.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), as they are the agency that can best assist with your request.
