While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested for as per the CAAP Aerodrome Development Management Service - Planning & Programming Division, the masterplan or any related documents regarding Bacolod-Silay Airport is under the authority of the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
