1. List of no fly zone map as of 2024. 
2. Guidelines and procedures on how can we request a no fly zone in our area, University, specifically helicopters.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 12, 2024 10:52:33 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for List of No Fly zone Map and guidelines and procedures on how can we request a no fly zone.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Per the Airspace & Flight Procedure Design (AFPD) Division

 1. There are only Prohibited, Restricted and Danger areas and these are published in the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP). This include several and specified areas such as the Malacañang, tall buildings, power plants, and facilities of the Armed Forces, among others. The AIP may be accessed through a subscription. There is no map of "No Fly Zone." 

2. For further requests or concerns, a written letter may be sent to CAAP addressed to the Director General. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi_officer@caap.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
