To facilitate the processing of your information request, the airport would like to request for an official letter outlining your request and signed by both you and your professor. This letter will help us ensure we are providing the most accurate and relevant information possible.

Please submit the letter via email to davao_airport@caap.gov.ph. You may also contact Davao International Airport directly at  (082) 234-3615 / 235-0007 / (082) 234-0418 / 234-4444. We look forward to receiving your request and assisting you further.

Please note that we are only able to provide some information as the airport will need a request letter signed by you and your professor to proceed.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi_officer@caap.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
