Good day,

I am a 5th-year architecture student, and my fellow group members and I are currently engaged in our undergraduate thesis project focused on the redevelopment and expansion of Bacolod-Silay International Airport. I would like to formally request the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for the piece of land or lot that we intend to utilize for the airport's expansion.

Please be assured that the requested information will be used exclusively for academic purposes. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we cannot disclose the document you have requested as it is considered critical information. However, you may contact the Department of Transportation (DOTr) for further information as they are the agency which acquired the current site of the airport.
