Dear Ms. Zules:

We thank you for your 29 July 2020 letter with tracking number #CESB-135668746026, requesting for the updated total number of third level positions in national government, local government, and government owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs), in accordance with Executive Order No. 2, Series of 2016 on FOI in the Executive Branch.

As requested, attached herewith is a statistical table on the total number and percentage of Career Executive Service (CES) positions occupied by Career Executive Service Officers (CESOs), Career Executive Service Eligibles (CESEs), and Career Service Executive Eligibles (CSEEs) in national government agencies and GOCCs as of 30 June 2020. At present, there are no CES positions in local government units in the Philippines.
