This is to request for a copy of CESB Resolution no. 81, s. 1992 regarding the Participation by Government Personnel in all Official Activities of the CESB.

This will be used as attachment and basis for our evaluation and recommendation of requests for participation of SSS officials and employees to various activities conducted by CESB.
