I would like to have a request for the list of Accredited Casinos, other gaming stations and Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators with valid franchise or permit from the agencies:
1. Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), 
2. Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA)
3.Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO). 

If it's possible of indicating the address, approval and operational date.

You asked for list with address, approval and operational dates of accredited casinos, other gaming stations and philippine offshore gaming operators with valid franchise or permit from PAGCOR, CEZA, APECO.

for PAGCOR and APECO:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, also known as PAGCOR, and Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport, also known as APECO) on the eFOI portal.

for CEZA:

Per Data Privacy Act, the information you requested cannot be sent through the eFOI portal. It is advised that you send a written request directly addressed to Sec. RAUL L. LAMBINO, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, with office address 10th floor Greenfield Tower, Mayflower corner Williams Street, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
