Hi, I would like to request for confirmation re: an Inquirer Article we read which mentions that "CEZA is currently operating the port, even though Asia Pacific International Terminals Inc. which is the concessionaire of the port has a 25-year concession agreement since the early 2000s."

2. What Role does Asia Pacific International Terminals Inc. have in Port Irene?
3. What are the duties of Asia Pacific International Terminals Inc. regarding the developments of Port Irene?

1. Yes, this is true
2. Asia Pacific International Terminals, Inc. is the private partner of the CEZA for the Rehabilitation, Development and Operation of the Port Irene under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Concession Agreement
3. They are tasked to Rehabilitate, Develop and Operate the Port Irene once CEZA has delivered its share in abovementioned BOT Concession Agreement
