I’d like to request for the following:
 
1. Transcript of Records from Montessori Professional College school years 2003 - 2005
2. A copy of my College Diploma.
 
Montessori Professional College (President: Mr. Danilo M. Dy) has permanently closed and I’m hoping you can provide me a copy of my Transcript of Records and Diploma. I’d also appreciate it if you can provide documentation showing the institution ceased operation.

You asked for Transcript of Record and Diploma - Montessori Professional College - Quezon City. Based on records of the Commission on Higher Education-NCR, the said institution is not on the list of institutions with government authority to operate degree programs in the National Capital Region.
