Hello, 

Good day!

I am Jecil Panso was graduated in Salazar Colleges of Science and Institute of Technology (SC-SIT) Cebu last 2014 and I would like ask for the Special Order Number in my TOR. Please help me with this matter since I am not able to receive my diploma yet because I don't have the Special Order Number. Thank you.
