Please coordinate directly with your HEI since the timeline of their processing/ submission of the said documents to CHED varies depending on their schedule. Or you may also reach out to the concerned CHED Regional Office where your HEI is under. Here is the CHED Regional Offices directory: https://ched.gov.ph/regional-offices/. Alternatively, you may also review the attached HEI manual for your reference.
