Hi! I would like to ask for information regarding the delay of the grant of the Tertiary Education Subsidy. My brother was an applicant when he was still in 2nd Year. Now, he's already about to graduate yet we receive nothing ever since. His school kept on saying just to wait but it's been almost three years already. This program will be a great help financially if granted. Thank you.
