To the Commission of Higher Education,

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the delayed issuance of my diploma from University of Iloilo - PHINMA Education. Despite completing my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2018, I have encountered significant obstacles in obtaining my diploma.

Initially, I was informed that my diploma was in process at CHED. However, recent attempts to obtain it revealed that my grades were allegedly incomplete, contradicting my transcript. Despite reaching out to the registrar's office for clarification.

Is this request offensive?
