We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may access the document through this link: https://ched.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Manual-of-Regulations-for-Private-Higher-Education.pdf. It is also attached to this thread. Please be guided that we only have the general guidelines for your inquiry. Any specification already depends on HEIs' respective set of rules and regulations.
