Villanueva 05:06 PM, Jan 18, 2024

My name is Stephanie Tolentino Villanueva, a graduate of WCC Aeronautical Technological College - Binalonan. I am writing to seek your assistance in obtaining my diploma, crucial for my applications to schools and work in Canada.

My alma mater is withholding my diploma due to my decision not to pursue a private pilot license. Despite completing all academic requirements, they state that CHED's decision is necessary for release. I kindly request your intervention to facilitate the issuance of my diploma.
